This Privacy Policy describes how My Lottery Result (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- a) Account Information (Club Feature)
If you choose to register or sign in using the Club feature, we collect your Google account information including your name, email address, and profile picture via Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. This data is stored securely on our servers to enable community features.
- b) Camera & Image Data
The App requests access to your device camera to power the Smart Ticket Scanner and Prediction Scanner features. Camera access is used solely to scan lottery tickets in real-time. We do not store or transmit captured images to our servers.
- c) Location Data
The App requests access to your device location (fine and coarse) to power the Nearby Agencies feature, which shows lottery ticket agencies near you. Location data is used only within the app for this purpose and is not stored or shared with third parties beyond the mapping service used to display results.
- d) User-Generated Content (Club & Comments)
If you use Club features such as chat, comments, or conversations, any messages or content you post are stored on our servers. Please do not share sensitive personal information in these public areas.
- e) Portfolio Data
The Ticket Portfolio feature allows you to save and track your lottery tickets locally on your device. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly sync or share it.
- f) Log Data
In the case of an error in the App, we may collect data and information through third-party products on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other statistics.
2. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
- Google Play Services: Core platform services.
- AdMob: We display advertisements in the App. AdMob may use your Advertising ID to show relevant ads. You can opt out via your device settings.
- Firebase Authentication: Used for secure Google Sign-In for the Club feature.
- Firebase Analytics: Used to understand how users interact with the App.
- Firebase Remote Config: Used to update app settings without requiring a new release.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send push notifications about lottery results and Club activity.
- Firebase Firestore / Realtime Database: Used to store Club chat messages, comments, and community data.
- Google Maps / Places API: Used by the Nearby Agencies feature to display lottery agencies on a map based on your location.

3. Permissions Used by the App
The App requests the following device permissions:
- INTERNET: Required to fetch lottery results, load Club content, and serve advertisements.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to check network connectivity before making requests.
- ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Used only for the Nearby Agencies feature to find agencies near you.
- CAMERA: Used only for the Smart Ticket Scanner and Prediction Scanner features to scan lottery tickets.
- VIBRATE: Used for haptic feedback when scanning tickets (win/lose result).
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used to send push notifications about lottery results and Club activity (Android 13+).
- AD_ID (Advertising ID): Used by AdMob to serve relevant advertisements.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide and improve the App’s features and user experience
- Enable the Club community features (chat, comments, profiles)
- Power the Smart Ticket Scanner and Prediction Scanner
- Display nearby lottery agencies on a map
- Send notifications about lottery results
- Analyze app usage to improve performance
- Display relevant advertisements via AdMob
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers listed in Section 2 solely to operate the App. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
6. Cookies
The App does not use cookies explicitly. However, third-party libraries used within the App may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to collect information and improve their services.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Account data associated with Club Sign-In (name, email, profile picture, chat messages) is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at contact@mylotteryresult.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary action.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
